Artist Statement
I explore creation as an inner journey of connection.
My work is born from a search for calm, harmony and presence, where the creative process becomes a space of encounter with myself. Through exploration, experimentation with different materials and the intuitive use of the palette knife, I develop abstract works that emerge from the flow and from my bond with what I am creating.
Each work is the result of that dialogue: when the connection is present, the work happens.
Meditation in Motion
Grace's work is born as a space of inner connection and emotional exploration, where the creative process becomes a refuge of presence, calm and authenticity.
Through experimentation with different techniques and materials, enjoyment and connection emerge.
Hers is a material practice, with a search for materials and elements that bring texture, relief and volume, mainly using the palette knife as a tool of intuitive expression. Her language sits within abstraction, favoring gesture, matter and flow over predefined structures.
Her practice does not follow specific movements or external references; it emerges from a personal search: to stay connected with the work while it is being created.
When that connection is present, the work flows; when it is lost, the process stops.
Each piece is the result of that inner dialogue, where what matters is not only the final result but the experience lived during its creation.
